Once you have placed your order for the lesson pack, I will contact you via email within 48 hours to arrange a short initial consultation call to discuss your requirements and to arrange the frequency and dates/ times of your lessons.

Lessons are 40 minutes in length and delivered online via Zoom. You will require a free Zoom account and the application installed on your chosen device. Please note Zoom’s recommendations for your internet connection speed. You can test your (up/down) speed here.

Zoom Bandwidth requirements

• For high-quality video: 1.0 Mbps/600kbps (up/down)

• For 720p HD video: 2.6Mbps/1.8Mbps (up/down)

• For 1080p HD video: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down)
